FAQs

When will I get my letter?
Letters are sent on the 15th of every month. Mailing in the US will take between 3-10 days of mailing. If you sign up prior to the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.
I did not receive my letter, what do I do?
Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If your letter doesn’t arrive, email us and we will either resend your letter or refund you for the month. Please review your receipt to confirm your address is correct.

Unfortunately mail can get delayed and even lost. If you have not received your letter by the end of the month (US), please reach out and we can work on sending you a replacement.
Cancellation or address change?
  Please log into your online account and make any cancellation or address changes prior to the 15th of the month. If you run into trouble please contact us at info@postforhope.org to cancel your subscription before the 15th of the month and change your address if needed!
